My experience with Reeds Rains was excellent during the process of selling my property. Not only was the fee very competitive but I was supplied with accurate information regarding the impending sale and at all times I was kept informed of all developments regarding the property. Professional advice was offered when requested and this advice proved to be well founded and contributed to a very successful outcome. As a result the entire process concluded with minimal stress. I would unreservedly recommend this organisation.

I could not recommend Marty & Fiona of Reeds Rains enough. From my initial meeting with Marty, his friendly & professional manner was very reassuring. If Marty wasn't available, Fiona always kept me up to date on progress. Extremely efficient in all respects, nothing was ever to much trouble. Many thanks to them both for all their hard work in the background.

Would highly recommend, from initial meeting to final sale the team at Reeds Rains Ballyhackamore were fantastic. Called when they said they would, weren't patronising as other estate agents had been and knew the local market very well. If I was selling again id definitely use these guys. Top class !!

Fantastic service from Reeds Rains Staff from start to finish. Communication was excellent and very prompt. Can't thank them enough especially Martin, for his reassurance when things weren't exactly plain sailing with solicitors etc. Would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to my friends and family. I have had two experiences with Reeds Rains and both of them were extremely positive. One was in selling our late Mum's house and more recently, my own property. The sale of my property brought some unexpected challenges but these were handled professionally and sensitively by Alan McMullan. I had the privilege of Alan's expertise on both occasions and cannot speak highly enough of him. From start to finish, his calm yet enthusiastic and reassuring manner made what can be a stressful time run as smoothly as possible. Thank you. Indeed the whole team have been fab and I have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains at Ballyhackamore.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying and am very grateful for all their hard work to ensure I had a successful sale.

I recently sold my house with Reeds Rains Ballyhack and it was a great experience from start to finish. Martin’s advice and knowledge of the local market made him an obvious choice for us when choosing an estate agent. This is now the third time we’ve dealt with him and we appreciated the regular updates he gave to us. Fiona and Pat were lovely to deal with also. Couldn’t recommend the team enough, thank you!

Rosaleen again done a marvellous job finding a tenant for our property. Not any tenants, the right tenants - as per our request in Jan 2022 and May 2023. Rosaleen was in regular contact and was most professional. All done in a little over one week. Fees most reasonable. Better service than the competitors nearby. Abundance of photos and detailed inventory. Will be using Rosaleens service again! Very impressed. AD.

My partner and I got our first rental together through Reeds Rains, and we couldn’t have hoped for a smoother stress free process. Rosaleen was absolutely brilliant, and checked in frequently to reassure that everything was being processed. From viewing to being accepted we only waited about 10 days. I am confident that I will be using Reeds Rains again for any housing needs.
