GoogleHave had a very good experience dealing with the Ballyhackamore branch, especially Martin Armstrong, who kept in touch continually throughout my time during a difficult experience of selling family home.

GoogleReally poor experience working with Reeds Rains. End of the day we realise it is a business, but it's not the way I think most people would run a business. No customer care, only in it for the money. Had sale agreed on a house and then Alan tried to raise the price by 20000 at the last minute. Even though a price had been agreed months earlier. If you are considering Spinners Gate Balloo, which I advise against anyway as we weren't the only customers it happened to, use Rogers and Browne. Will stay away from Reeds Rains and encourage all others to do so. Worked out for the best in the end for us, but thought others should know of there inhumane treatment. Far better value out there than Spinners Gate.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer I would highly recommend working with Reeds Rains Ballyhackamore, especially working with Martin Armstrong! His communication was really superb, and I never felt like I was left in the dark at any point. As buying a house was scary all completely alien to me, he made himself very approachable and contactable for any query’s or questions that arose. Top bloke! Will definitely be using Martin in the future.
