GoogleCouldn't have asked for better service! Matthew at Reeds Rains was so prompt and efficient in dealing with all my queries. When I decided to move rental properties I was so happy that I was staying with Reeds Rains for my new property as it made it such a smooth transition from one to the other. Highly recommended!

GoogleCouldn't recommend them highly enough for a house sale. We had spoken to several agents in the area but on meeting Alan, decision was never in doubt! Great advice from Alan the whole way through with Pat keeping the wheels oiled and everything moving in the right direction! With a relatively short completion in the middle of a pandemic they made a potentially stressful situation pretty painless!

From a buyers perspective, Martin and Fiona were fantastic and kept me informed throughout what was a very difficult transaction. Martin was exceptional during the sale of our house, regular updates, keeping the process moving, if we need to move house we will definitely use them again.

GoogleI have had a fantastic experience throughout with Reeds Rains, Ballyhackmore. I initially rented a property, during Covid Lockdown & all the complications that initially brought. They were professional, responsive & courteous throughout the process adhering to ever changing restrictions. When the property became available to purchase, I appreciated how professional they handled the situation, keeping me informed of any developments. They acted on behalf of the landlord for the sale but their professionalism was such that I felt valued & protected as a renter and would be purchaser. What could have been a complicated process, ended up being painless. Thanks guys you are amazing.

GoogleDo not sell your home with Reeds Rains Ballyhackamore. Extremely unprofessional and pushy agent, who instructed our solicitor without permission to begin the conveying process even though we had not found a new home to move to. The agent was extremely pushy in wanting us to sale agree our home, assuring us that doing so and "just giving the name of the solicitor" wouldn't start any process. We now owe over £700 in legal fees, reeds have refused to accept any liability.

They guided me through the whole process with expertise and I always felt supported and informed. The promotional brochure and photographs of my property Reeds Rains produced was excellent and my property was promoted through a strong online presence. I had an offer on the property very quickly, although the sale itself took time, but I was always kept informed with a successful sale in the end.
