We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from REA Donohoe Spring Estate Agents with the sale of our house. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, care, and excellent attention to detail. Communication was outstanding throughout, keeping us informed and reassured at every stage. James was especially helpful, professional, and always available to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend REA Donohoe Spring to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent in the area. Elaine and Ross

We recently bought a property from REA Donohoe Spring. From start to finish James was a massive help to us in making the purchase happen. His communication was great which made things move smoothly. I totally recommend buying a property from them and after speaking to the vendors I think they would also agree with that too. Thank you to James and his team!

Thank you James and Mary... a pleasure doing business with you guys. We are especially grateful for all the trouble your office went to to provide keys and access to the property throughout what was a very client-friendly and hassle-free experience.

Highly Recommend Donohoe Spring We first dealt with James back in 2015 when he was the Estate Agent of a property that we purchased. Following this experience we looked no further than Donohoe Spring with the potential of selling our current property & to purchase a new family home. Within a couple of days James met us at our home to explain the whole process to us. The moment we met James it was clear his knowledge of the market was excellent. We contacted him again when our property was ready for market to take photos and within a couple of days we had our sales brochure emailed to us for approval. We were optimistic when he recommended an asking price to us but he wasn’t wrong as within 2 weeks of our house being on the market we got our asking price and went sale agreed. The entire process was smooth with no issues. Mary and James kept us informed every step of the way with prompt responses to emails and calls. James also had the next job with helping us find our forever home. He knew exactly what we wanted he was confident a property suited to us would come up, he kept us in the loop of what was available on the market. Today thanks to James and the team at Donohoe Spring we picked up the keys to our new home. We would have been lost without James. Kenneth & Lorna Coyle

I had a great experience with REA Donohoe Spring from a buyer's perspective. After finding a property they had listed, James quickly arranged a viewing and helped facilitate putting in an offer the very next day. The offer was recommended to the seller, and now after a few months I own the home! Communication was excellent, with prompt responses to emails. I dealt with Mary frequently, and she was instrumental in keeping everything moving smoothly. Dealing with REA Donohoe Spring was by far the easiest part of the entire home-buying process. I highly recommend them!

Rea Donohoe Spring were recommended to me when I wanted to sell an old cottage in Co Leitrim. I was not disappointed ,James Spring was polite professional and very knowledgeable. I was quite pessimistic about finding a buyer but James was patient and positive throughout the process. Following successful completion I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone needing the services of a top notch estate agency. Another satisfied customer.

Mary and James were so accommodating and professional. James gave me location info and really gave me an insight of the area plus walking trails. I would highly recommend them. They went out of their way to assist me including allowing me to store boxes. It’s an exciting time but the most stressful. Both Mary and James showed endless patience.
