GoogleProfessional, helpful and knowledgeable. Without a doubt Nest estate agents Ballyclare have made selling my home considerably easier. They are a company that in my opinion, are unrivalled in customer service delivery. From the off the team oozed professionalism. With an in-depth understanding of the market, they managed to sell my home within 10 days. The team didn’t stop there, they helped manage my expectations and ensured that I knew realistic time frames for completion, with daily and weekly ‘check in calls’ from Leah (who is an absolute star). Without a doubt I will be coming back to the team at Nest in the future and I will be recommending them to any one selling or buying a property.

GoogleThe team at Nest Ballyclare made the process of selling our house hassle free. We were kept informed throughout the process with regular updates by phone and through their unique portal. Staff handled the viewings with professionalism and integrity. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely use them again in the future.

Facebookif you deal with the mortage team upstairs nest will be a great agents for you to deal with as they will push a sale through for you . as I recently discovered having been the first bidder and was still bidding throughout the process on a house was told it would be agreed last Thursday . Then Friday after I said please inform me before anything is agreed for it someone who was dealing with the mortage team upstairs had the sale rushed through . I had to ring nest on Monday to find this out , I explained that I had asked to be informed as I still had room to increase my offer was told that an email would be sent to David it's now Thursday I had too ring them to be told tough it's been a week through the process . so in short if you want to deal with them use the team upstairs if you don't then Good luck. . lack of communication constantly having to call them as hardly informed about counter offers. plenty other more professional agents out there save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere

GoogleWe used Nest for our most recent house move. The service that David, Cheryl and Leah provided was absolutely first class. They were able to get us on the market extremely quickly, tell us everything that we need to know/do, and handled both our purchase and sale seamlessly (and kept us so well informed throughout). Their photos were incredible and so professionally well done as well. Honestly cannot recommend enough, thank you so much!
