GoogleAs a first time landlord I honestly can't say enough good things, Nest have been absolutely fantastic for guiding me through the process of letting out my property. From the first viewing with Cheryl, she was so easy to chat with, an absolute professional and very thorough, she really made the process very straightforward and easy to understand. And Leah has been incredible for keeping me up to date the whole way. Within 3 weeks of advertising I had a tenant ready to move in, with absolutely no stress on my side at all. I could not recommend enough!

GoogleCannot fault them AT ALL. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and suuuuuper helpful. We had to put a bit of a pause on moving day due to our previous landlord and they were very understanding and helpful. I worked mostly with Tori and she was so nice and relatable. Any time I called they were there to listen and have a chat. As I said...can't fault a thing! If you're looking and estate agent in Ballyclare...run...don't walk...to these guys 🥰

I was relocating from England and so many agents said that this was not possible. Dealing with Nest was like a breath of fresh air. GoogleNest (with special mention for Leah…) proved to be an invaluable partner in what should have been a straightforward property sale, but which was fraught with numerous problems and delays and taking almost 2 years to complete. Nest were right behind each twist and turn of the process, acting promptly to keep it on track, and “going the extra mile” in organizing house clearance, providing advice re utility bill transfer etc. Proactive, tenacious, cooperative and definitely to be recommended.

Nest Estate Agents are a new business, and I have been very impressed with their no-nonsense, professional approach. From my initial consultation with Cheryl, to chats with Leah who managed negotiations, I found the team to be accessible, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Their impressive presentation of the property, and handling of all viewings, made the whole process very easy, and costs were very reasonable. I have no affiliation with Nest or any of the team, but my experience has been tremendous and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done team.
