GoogleWe have used Your Move, Estate Agents Baildon twice now over a period of 5 years. On both occasions we were notified at all times, about viewings and offers. This last time was during the COVID-19 pandemic and the staff all carried on regardless in a safe & professional manner. We would like to thank all the staff for their thorough & thoughtful service & especially to David for the many viewings that he attended during this unpredictable time. From start to finish the service provided was exceptional. They know their stuff, they know the area and they know they will sell your property. Throughout the whole process, from valuation to completion, you will be professionally dealt with and kept in the loop. Our property was sold within two days, pretty much as had been predicted by Your Move who have their finger on the pulse with the market in Baildon. Would recommend without reservation, you won’t be disappointed!

GoogleAs an Expat living in the US, Your Move was recommended by my dad to sell my house. Off the bat, they explained every step of the process as I never was on the ground during the process, let alone sold a house before. Their communications were very professional and to the point. They replied promptly to my emails, and helped me find a decorator to carry out needed work so the house would be presentable. In addition, they kept sending updates and pictures of the progress of work at the house. They sent me a list of interested buyers, and ranked how serious they were, and suggested the top two. Furthermore, one of the solicitors they've put me in touch with was very helpful navigating all legal aspects of the house sale, and money transfer was carried out the same day contracts were exchanged! In the age of COVID, flying back to the UK to conclude the sale was not an option, and Your Move made that possible throughout their network of people. Finally, they helped me negotiate an excellent price above the price of similar houses in the area. I'd particularly recommend Mr. David Fisher for his professionalism and going the extra mile to make this difficult and complicated process, seamless. Considering the time difference between UK & US, I got replies from David to virtually all my emails the same day! I couldn't be happier that I used Your Move, and would recommend them to anyone!... Google👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Called this office yesterday about a property I so much wanted. I was told that it had been taken off as they had already received references on it. Only to discover that the main letting company is still taking names for viewing. So I’ve lost a day and being 1st come 1st serve basis can’t see my name ever being looked at due to the high interest on the property. Can’t trust this office in Shipley. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
