I experienced the services of Right Move, Baildon from two viewpoints. Firstly as a landlord - following a bad experience with a previous letting agent I contacted Right Move and was immediately impressed with their professionalism and level of support. This remained constant throughout our continued relationship and I would have no hesitation in recommending their lettings service. Secondly, when I decided to sell the rental property I had no hesitation in appointing them as agents for the sale. They know Baildon and its surrounding areas extremely well and take the trouble to get to know existing/potential clients. They handled the sale in an exemplary manner and matters were completed within an incredibly short time frame. I was kept informed at all stages and always received a very prompt response to any query of mine. Again, delighted to recommend Right Move, Baildon and its wonderful staff.

We have had an amazing experience with Your Move in Baildon. The whole team are very knowledgeable, professional, but also very friendly. We worked closely with Tracy, and she was incredible. We had a chain of 9, and we didn’t complete for over a year (through no fault of Your Move, mainly just took us a while to find the perfect house!) but through that whole year, Tracy kept us updated, made sure we did everything we needed to, but the main thing is that although there must have been plenty of stress behind the scenes, communicating with all the other estate agents and solicitors, she never projected that stress onto us. That is a huge blessing, because as anyone who has ever moved house knows, you have plenty of stresses of your own just packing up the house and sorting so many other things out, so having someone shield you from unnecessary stress is just amazing, and we are very grateful for that Tracy. I would absolutely recommend Your Move to anyone looking for a wonderful Estate Agent, and we are not planning on moving for a very long time, but would definitely use them again. We can’t thank Tracy and the whole team enough, you’re incredible at what you do!

I cannot thank David and his team enough for helping me sell my late fathers property. David from the start was very compassionate and explained things in details of what to expect and had good knowledge of the area. I was kept informed of viewings and although it took some time to agree a sale, we had no problems after. My only slight criticism is that on a couple of occasions after viewings the house alarm was not put on, which is minor, but could have had a bigger issue n the end. All in all the team are brilliant and I thank them all for their help and assistance. Jason

Sold our old and bought our new house with Baildon Your Move. Whenever we needed access to the new house to measure up or check anything (as the house was empty) Your Move came and opened up so we could enter the property. Everyone was very helpful and it was a quick and smooth process. Excellent service from the staff at the Baildon branch, in handling the sale of my mother's house. David was very knowledgeable about what to expect from the sale, agreed a selling fee up front, and we got what he expected us to reach on the sale. Very helpful staff in the office, Wendy and Tracy were always on hand to answer any questions, and arranged accompanied viewings on our behalf. Everything was well communicated throughout, took very little time to complete, and I would highly recommend that local people use these Estate Agents first and foremost in the village. Team were courteous and professional throughout. The team kept in constant dialogue with us throughout the experience via phone and email. A chain of 7 made this a little complex but we felt assured that the team had a good understanding of what was happening across the chain and liaised with all the necessary parties to help the move go as smooth as possible. Tracy and her team of experienced agents made us feel like VIP,s and were as excited for us as we were to have found our dream home. Really can’t think of anything negative to say.... if the phones are busy it’s probably because they are managing customers through one of the biggest financial purchases they will make. Good customer service is hard to find and takes time to be done right.
