Elsa at Rampton Baseley was a stalwart throughout the purchase of my flat. She was focused, always up to speed and moved things forward at pace. She had a real understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers, and always came up with good solutions for the sticking points and difficulties that inevitably arise. She was calm, patient and good humoured but firm when needed. She was absolutely vital in keeping the whole process moving and reaching a successful outcome.

We just completed on a property purchase where Rampton Baseley (Balham) was involved. We had a really great experience with them and with Dean Steyn in particular - he helpfully showed me around quite a few houses before we found the perfect one for us! He was also kind enough to proactively reach out whenever something came on the market that he thought might be of interest, including off-market properties which was really helpful. They also made sure conveyancing went smoothly, it was a relatively quick and painless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Rampton Baseley did an excellent job in selling my flat. They are helpful, professional and extremely efficient and effective. They achieved the asking price, and then Elsa was brilliant at seeing the conveyancing process through to the satisfaction of the buyer and myself. I have used Rampton Baseley several times before and every time it is a good experience for me and the buyer.

Unprofessional service John Lacey attended my property late for a valuation and mentioned he had mistaken it for another property in my road. He was unable to provide a valuation on the day and despite agreeing to follow up the next day, no response was received. My property is a well-presented home on the Heaver Estate. While it may not be a multi-million-pound house, it clearly wasn’t of interest to this agent. The attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive. Plenty of estate agents in Balham are professional and responsive and are keen to market my property, and I will be instructing one of them instead. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Rampton Basely.

We’re sorry to read about your experience. John was unfortunately 8-minutes late having been caught in another meeting and naturally apologised. Following your appointment on the Friday, which John felt was very positive, he sent his valuation over on Saturday afternoon. He then followed up on the Sunday and again on the Thursday but was unable to get hold of you. The team were realistic on guide pricing at the outset and clear communicators throughout the marketing process until offers. My late parents house was difficult to sell because it needed a lot of repair and refurbishment and my brother who was in occupation made many restrictions on time available for perspective buyers to view the property. Patience and understanding etc paid off in the end

We had a great experience with Rampton Baseley, particularly with our sales negotiator, Elsa. She took the time to get to know us and figure out our tastes, and she found a house that was perfect for us, we've just moved in and we're absolutely thrilled with it. During the sales process, Elsa was always extremely polite and easy to reach if we had questions. She was never overly pushy with us, and at no point did we feel pressured or unsupported. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 service, 10/10 house. Thank you Elsa and the Rampton Baseley team.
