GoogleI recently just purchased my first home, the Satchells Baldock team was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process.
The conveyancing law firm whom I was using was “difficult to work with, that is putting it very mildly” which caused a tremendous amount of stress, anxiety for almost 5 months.
The Satchells Baldock team provided guidance moral and professional support every step of the way, assisted with the escalation process, and provided feedback that facilitated and influenced the eventual successful exchange of contracts.
If you are a seller, I would recommend Satchells, if you are a buyer as I was, you are in safe hands, the entire team will do everything humanly possible, go above and beyond to help you attain a successful result.

GoogleWhen putting up the sale sign on what now is our property Satchels damaged the gutters pipe which, it wouldn’t be a big deal, these things happen but they never fixed it. Before we actually bought the house, given the bad weather the pipe fell damaging the next door neighbours’s car, that’s how bad it was. We asked if it could be fixed before our moving date and nothing happened. Once the buying process was over we send several emails and called asking when they could send someone to fix it, to our last email they didn’t even bother replying. We saw the house for the first time in early July... we moved in the end of October. Obviously not enough time for Satchells to be professional and assume responsibility for something that to start with was not even a big problem...NegativeResponsiveness
