Hello there, Bagshaws Residential have been great at managing our property in Cressbrook, Derbyshire. We always contacted Hannah Blair at Bagshaws Residential in the Bakewell; she was always available to give great advice and make sensible suggestions if we had any problems. Hannah was efficient and worked very hard to help us run the legal business side of renting the property. We rented out a property with Bagshaws in Bakewell for about three years. So a big thank you to Hannah and Bagshaws for their help and support over the years.

I highly recommend the Tenant finding service at Bagshaws. Hannah is excellent, making the whole process straightforward and keeping me informed at every stage. I first used this service 2 years ago, and when the tenants moved on I had no hesitation to use again. Hannah quickly found another perfect tenant, so I could not be happier. rang to view property they had listed; agent seemed more interested in arranging a valuation on my own home (cart before horse IMO). When I cancelled that, I was told I'd get a call back with a date and time to view the house I was interested in but it never happened. Owner's loss, I was a genuine buyer, but I wouldn't want to be selling through them!

We have deal with these nature mistakes four years ago and keep in mind everything that they say is misleading information, from the quality and description of the property up to pre-contract and contact details. Manipulating and mislead. They provide property energy certificates we paid more than double for heating only from expected £1500 up to £3200 for shitty two-bedroom flat. Pre-contract was one sum on agreement another. They left possibility to charge you more if they want from the beginning they said no need for any payment like for an inventory check but after all they said still need to pay for inventory check. More they charge for inventory checks but they did not do it at all, they will send you a parody check document with dozens of mistakes. Hannah B. if still work should be fired immediately.

This estate agents is much superior to others in my experience over recent years. If George says he will ring you back he always does. If we have a question whose answer takes some exploring he does this too. He answered many questions from our buyer to try to enable a smooth sale. Bags haws are always there when you need them from start to finish. The photographs and writing up the sales advertisement to completion nothing was too much trouble.
