Having met with four agents we chose Montgreenan Property Group solely because we were impressed by Michael Palmer. He was not the obvious choice and a bit of an outside bet, given the size of the company and the relatively short time they had been trading (although Michael has a vast experience). I have recently sold three other properties in Scotland and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the standard of service, both to vendor and purchaser was leagues ahead of any other agent I have dealt with and, of greater importance I suppose, the interest he generated and the financial outcome was streaks ahead of what we were led to believe to be the case by his competitors. In short I cannot recommend him strongly enough and I do not hesitate in urging any vendor to use Montgreenan Property Group. Absolutely outstanding.

Montgreenan were superb. Michael had a really fresh no-nonsense approach, was transparent and honest, and exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. The photography was first class (the drone footage was an especially nice touch) and through social media he reached a wide variety of prospective buyers really quickly. My property sold faster than I expected and achieved a great price. I would highly recommend!
