Faultless from start to finish. Michael knows exactly how to sell your house, and who to sell it to. My property didn't even have time to hit the market - a "coming soon" video on social media was all it took, and 2 days later I accepted an offer significantly over home report value. Michael had pre-vetted the buyer so there was no chain and we completed on the date first agreed, with zero hassle. Would I use Montgreenan again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

Can you love your estate agent? I love mine! Montgreenan property group was the best choice I could have made while buying and selling my property. Michael was fantastic in every way possible his marketing was amazing and innovative, he responded to any calls I made to him promptly and with good advice, he handled the whole sale with professionalism and ease at the same time as being personable too. Michael at Montgreenan is a first-class estate agent. My wife and I recently purchased a property he was marketing. His advert was immediately eye-catching with stunning photos of the property and some fantastic drone shots of the surrounding area. His intro video was a good watch too and very informative. He helped negotiate a price that both us and the sellers were happy with - it was agreed whilst we were still in the property on 1st viewing! We ran into a few legal issues running up to completion of the purchase but Michael was honestly a superhero with helping get it through on time. Always available and showing great willingness to help both sides of the transaction, his interventions were absolutely crucial. Michael's professionalism and patience is second-to-none. If we ever sell our home in the future we will certainly be giving Montgreenan a call! Thanks again for all your help, Michael.

Michael was actually the agent for the house I bought, but he went completely out of his way to help me, even when I wasn't his client! I felt compelled to let people know just how above and beyond he went. With every problem he was available and on it immediately. His communication was fantastic, and I genuinely don't think the purchase would have gone through without his help. As a first time buyer, house hunting is so daunting, but Michael was friendly, personable, professional, and really helped me out with understanding the mechanics of purchasing my first home (and I wasn’t even his client, I was the buyer!) it’s obvious he’s passionate about his job and cares about his clients.
