The most disorganised, incompetent company that doesn’t care about any of its tenants or house issues. I have been living with rats in my ceiling for 9 months now and even after paying for my own pest control company and telling them I need to be reimbursed they refused. Loose significant amounts of paperwork and act like the tenants haven’t given it to them yet to the point where we get signed and dated photocopies to make sure we cannot be held accountable. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT RENT WITH RMA. I wish I had done the same

Without a doubt the most disorganised, incompetent, and generally useless company I have ever encountered. To give just a couple of examples: when we first arrived at our property, there was an enormous pile of rubbish outside left by the previous tenants, which took over a month to be removed. In addition, we are currently two months into our tenancy and I am yet to be given curtains or blinds in my downstairs, street-facing bedroom. Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding RMA.

Fantastic service from this estate agents! We are renting a property from them and unfortunately last week myself and my 3 year old ended up locking ourselves out of the house (leaving the keys inside with car keys also attached!) at school pick up time!! I rang the office and they sent the owner with the spare set of keys to my door, who arrived within 15 minutes - absolutely fantastic service! This could of been an absolute nightmare - especially as I had 2 children needing picking up from school and a 3 year old in tow but thanks to Michael Anthony, they came and saved the day!Thank you so much again.

Sold two properties

We have just sold two properties with Michael Anthony and would never hesitate in using them again. Selling two houses to buy one property was always going to prove stressful but both properties sold very quickly. Adam valued both houses realistically and he made us feel confident that both would sell. The whole team worked hard and we never had a shortage of viewings. The stressful part was solicitors who never seemed to communicate between themselves, paper work went missing but Rachel Ciaburro, Sales Co-ordination from Michael Anthony was absolutely fantastic. She kept in contact, keeping us updated at every point, chasing solicitors and our buyers. I would recommend Michael Anthony Estates agent to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.
