GoogleAs a former agent it has been refreshing to deal with Olivia. From initially registering with her , she understood my requirements and has kept me advised on suitable properties coming onto the market . On a recent viewing, she was prompt, very knowledgeable about the property and area. Nice follow up call the next day for feedback.
Hello David, Thank you for your Review, Olivia was so pleased with your feedback, it is so lovely to know your requirements were fully understood, as a former agent yourself you will know how important this is to the sales process.

GoogleErica and Olivia did a fantastic job securing me a quick sale (3 weeks) at asking, at quite a quiet time for the market. What followed was a rather turbulent and exhausting period to exchange. I have no doubt without their persistence, determination and going above and beyond what I expected of them (essentially doing the jobs of other lazy parties in the chain) this would have fallen apart at the cost of my onward and great expense.

GoogleHave not had great experiences with estate agents previously as I seemed to be doing their job for them but this is not the case with Haart. Paris told us she could sell our house tomorrow at a certain price and then did exactly that. Sarah then took over and has chased things up when needed in a friendly and efficient manner. Have been very impressed by their service.
Thanks Richard for your glowing 5 star review, haart Aylesbury are making a big impact in the Buckinghamshire property market and it is all down to the professionalism of the team here. We look forward to handing over the keys later this month.

GoogleJust a shout out for Olivia, she was so helpful while I was looking for a property! She answered all my questions, was sending me properties that she thought might interest me and not once did she pressure me into offering anywhere. I have had bad experiences with Haart in other areas previously but have nothing but praise for the Aylesbury branch!
