GoogleI have been working with Lheyton Warby from Berryfileds, Aylesbury branch. He is supporting to manage our rental property. He won us over on our first meeting. He has been very approachable, knowledgable and available when ever we need him. Great to work with him and Lheyton is very happy to share his knowledge and provide his suggestions. He has been patiently explaining all the questions we had. He managed to get a tenant with in a week. I strongly recommend Lheyton Warby and Aylesbury branch.

GoogleWe engaged with Haarts estate agents purely by chance to rent out our property. The gentleman that we were dealing with was Mr.Lheyton Warby. Of all the estate agents we had dealt with so far, Lheyton is the best. We are relatively new to Buy To Let world and he practically hand held us into every area of this market. He was so patient in explaining all those 100s of questions we had. He was so efficient in organising the marketing of the property that it was rented out within 2 weeks of us buying the property. In this process, he did not compromise on the quality of the tenant as well. Overall, we are 100% percent satisfied with him and for all our future needs, we will be going to haarts only. We would gladly recommend Haarts and Lheyton, without any hesitation to anyone looking to rent, be it a landlord or a tenant.

GoogleWe singed up with Haart 2nd week of Jan and they have been brilliant. Olivia Steele who we have been dealing with has kept us up to date with everything and has been really helpful. while there was an issue with the sale sign being installed, Olivia came out and installed it herself which showed great dedication. Overall very good experience

GoogleI can't be thankful enough for Haart for making our dream come true. Especially Paris and Sarah who they were both really put a lots of effort to make this happen. When I gave up they were still working hard and fighting and giving us hope. I highly recommend Haart as they are honest and really true to what they believe.

Nathan was very professional and made us feel very confident without any hard sell. We went with Haart and are pleaded to say that Nathan under promised and over delivered! Googlehearts really went above and beyond helping with my recent purchase. Paris and Armani were very helpful, Sarah drove to Amersham to deliver paperwork one evening and Lheyton helped out when our new purchase flooded and we were out of the country. Would certainly recommend with regard to both sales and lettings.

GoogleReview as a landlord paying Haart for property management, I had multiple payments that were duplicated and deducted from my monthly fees. As a result, it took multiple attempts of emails and phone calls to have the funds returned to me. Staff at the Milton Keynes office were very short with me and struggled to find these overpayments. After 3 months, still waiting for over £100 worth of reimbursements with the excuse of the refund being ‘still in progress’.
