Guy from F&C did a great job - diligent, persistent and imaginative. He understood what we wanted, got to know the house and the area, to work out who would be prospective buyers. He oversaw the process with right balance of pushing and helping. Good use of modern technology to advertise and communicate, and always looking for new ideas when things were slow. A very good service.

My Wife and I were looking for properties in the Henley-In-Arden area and had the pleasure of viewing a property via Dan Thomas at Fine & Country. Before we viewed the property there was a helpful video tour and during the viewing Dan answered our questions in a friendly and helpful manor. He also recommended a very good Mortgage Broker who has also assisted us on our onward purchase.

We were impressed by the service provided by Chris Scott and Sue Croft at the Diss Office of Fine and Country.. They kept in frequent contact , along with Philippa Martinez, throughout the extended sale of our property. The quality of viewers was excellent and the advertising was of the highest standard. We particularly liked the very professional video of our home. I fully recommend their service.

The two Rosie's were great but have both left for better things. New staff are garbage, Liz in the office with an attitude coz her hubby or Dad or something is the boss, and Georgia, turns up to viewings late in a mud covered car like some sort of turbochav. Trading standards to be contacted about a number of issues 2018-present.

Cannot praise F&C enough during these most difficult of times. We sold once back in Sept - then the buyers pulled out. We stuck with F&C and kept faith with them. This was the right decision. They were brilliant and we finally completed yesterday on the sale at a higher price than the original. Happy days.Professional and competent are the words I would use. Highly recommended.

High summer 2022 a striking barn conversion with mature south facing garden for sale in Northamptonshire - our F&C agent Jonathan Lloyd-Ham got the photography and sales particulars to the website in record time which was impressive. Generated interest and a good number of viewings and prospects were good. Late summer brought a sudden downturn after mini budget and buyers set to offer on the property found themselves unable to secure sale on their homes. Jonathan supported well during this bumpy period and an offer secured in early 2023 went the distance. Jonathan has great experience and a perfect temperament helps clients like me keep things in perspective when the going gets tough! He sees the long game and gets the deal done.
