I recently went through Baker Sales and Lettings to rent a property in Aylesbury. When we went to view the house Jason met us there to show us around. Unlike the agents at the previous four properties we had viewed that day, Jason was so friendly and genuine and really knew every detail of the property.
Throughout the check in and inventory he really made the whole process stress free. He went out of his way to help us and we felt he was really honest and pointed out any issues within the property. Unlike the large letting agents I have used in the past, Bakers offered a more personal experience and Jason is really responsive to calls, texts and emails and replies instantly. We won't hesitate to get in touch with Jason when we finally buy a place of our own.

We were very pleased with the service offered by Baker Sales and Lettings during our period letting a house from Aug '14 to Oct '15. Jason was very friendly, helpful, delivering a personal service that I don't think we would have found anywhere else! Jason was very helpful when we needed to extend our tenancy by one month with relatively short notice, and also made moving out incredibly simple, making sure that we would be able to reclaim our full security deposit. Would highly recommend.
