I could not recommend Jason highly enough. I have had a full cycle experience with him, he is professional, informative and kind. As a single woman, I was trying to find somewhere to live and every other letting agency I was viewing through was not a positive experience then I came across Jason and he made everything so simple, there was no messing around, no application pressure, he made me feel at ease, he just gave me all the information I needed and got everything sorted. He came back each tenancy renewal, again professional, kind and efficient. A few years later I then left my tenancy and he closed everything off in a timely manner in his usual professional way. Efficient, professional service

We have been letting properties for a number of years now and have have used various agents in the Aylesbury area. This is the first time we have employed Baker Sales and Lettings and were most impressed with the high standard of service given and the speed and efficiency of the whole operation. Jason visited the property on Friday to take photos and prepare the sales details and by the following Tuesday it had been let !! The whole package was flexible and could be tailored to what you as the customer actually wanted which was great . Friendly, professional and reliable

Me and my partner rented a property for a year and a half through Baker and my experience with Jason is extremely positive. As it was our first time renting independently, we had a lot of various questions and small request and Jason was always there for us, doing his best to accomodate our needs. Jason made the process of finding and moving house stressfree

I recently went through Baker Sales and Lettings to rent a property in Aylesbury. When we went to view the house Jason met us there to show us around. Unlike the agents at the previous four properties we had viewed that day, Jason was so friendly and genuine and really knew every detail of the property. Throughout the check in and inventory he really made the whole process stress free. He went out of his way to help us and we felt he was really honest and pointed out any issues within the property. Unlike the large letting agents I have used in the past, Bakers offered a more personal experience and Jason is really responsive to calls, texts and emails and replies instantly. We won't hesitate to get in touch with Jason when we finally buy a place of our own.

Jason was a fantastic help when we were purchasing our home. He was friendly and welcoming when we first met for viewings, remembering us when we met again on an open house. He wasn't pushy, spoke in plain English and was nice to be around. Tricky to find these traits amongst a sea of estate agents who seem to only be looking for the sale. Jason seemed to genuinely care about what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. He was very quick to reply to messages, and made sure he checked in with us as the purchasing process moved along. This was the first time we'd bought a house and Jason was happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!) with patience and he gave great advice.

Excellent service throughout the process of re-renting my property

Jason has been my agent for almost ten years and has found me tenants on 3 occasions. The tenants have all been outstanding (the tenants have all commented on Jason's outstanding service and I am sure would also rate Jason 5 stars). Jason does everything and keeps me informed at every stage of the way. His attention to detail is second to none. I always feel I have nothing to worry about and when I need to contact him via any communication means he replies promptly and informatively.
