GoogleSuch great customer service from Ann-Marie… Unfaltering help with a tricky tenancy and more than happy to assist with things outside her role. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI have found all the team (Matt, Hannah and Angela) great to deal with. I have just bought a house from them and they've been very communicative all the way through the process. I'd recommend them to any potential buyer/seller

GoogleI didn't take the property from them but they can't even wait 10 minute at the viewing if your getting late due to traffic. My viewing was canceled when I was 10 min late. Although the re-scheduling was good, hence one extra star.

FacebookMy experience with Alexander & Co has been abysmal. Rude staff across 2 branches that I dealt with, zero communication, not following their own procedures and being untruthful. Incredibly disheartening & disappointing.
