Because you put your client first ahead of anything that is a sign of a good leader and company partner @Lara Wadey and @Oliva make everything easy to get across…you won't regret given them a trailer 👍 …

Having used this agency for many years for letting (excellent team), when it came to selling they really excelled themselves. Thanks to all the sales team for getting my leasehold flat sold and completed so quickly. Very professional.

We had a really great experience finding a rental property with David and the rest of the team at Alexander & Co. They worked really hard to get us moved in on the day we needed and were very friendly and helpful throughout. The best estate agents I've used so far!

I have rented various properties over the years with Alexander & Co. Generally I have received a good level of service. I currently deal with Ann Mary Kirby as my day to day contact who I find to be very professional and capable.

We had a great house moving experience with Alexander and Co. Very professional and helpful throughout. I particularly liked the fact that the documents were all online which meant the process was quicker and that the inventory company was independent. Both Karen and Glenda looked after us very well throughout the process and we are happily settled into our new home.

Lara helped us find our first home very quickly, listened to what we wanted and found it. The whole process was well explained and easy. Even though Lara doesn't manage our property, she is always more than happy to help with any query and goes above and beyond to ensure our happiness! Would definitely go through Lara for our next place! 😊

Alexander & Co supported my purchase of a flat where I needed a mortgage product that was going to offer me flexibility. Sonya understood my requirements and kept me fully updated through the process. I would highly recommend as her knowledge was second to none!

Would not recommend them, rented a house with them never repaired the things which were broken despite frequent and repeated reminders. Had to fix by myself. On leaving the property they took money from deposit (didn't informed me prior to arranging expensive solution of the problem) and kept sending me robotic emails that landlord expect you to pay. Very unprofessional.

I recently put my house on the market with Hartwells. From the beginning of the process, the valuation, the taking of the right photographs, the handling of viewings, right through to achieving an acceptable offer, I was impressed and reassured by their professionalism and friendliness. I would have no hesitation in appointing them to handle any future property transactions for me.

Having recently met Aimee Walker, I was impressed by her professional manner, and keenness to help. An asset to the company.
