GoogleWe tried to collect the keys on behalf of a friend for a lettings property from this agent, after phoning 11 times and visiting the shop twice we eventually spoke to the agent who shouted at us down the phone. Very rude staff, very disorganized agent - unable to return phone calls, unable to be courteous to clients. Shameful!
