Hi Yashwanth, I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cleaning charges that were applied when you checked out, unfortunately some professional cleaning was needed and the cost of this was passed onto you at cost without uplift (£69.99). We always seek to be fair and never try to take advantage of the checkout process, but it is important that our rooms are left ready for the next resident, which in the case of your room was unfortunately not the case.

Hi Vishal, I'm sorry we could not accommodate you, unfortunately the room you had tried to book had been booked by someone else shortly before you tried to book. I know this is disappointing, but we unfortunately only have a limited number of rooms of the type you were looking to book.
