I viewed 2 properties with Natalie Kiddell the 2nd being the one I purchased. As this was my first home I wasn’t 100% on the order of things and what was expected. She was so lovely from the first time I met her. Nothing was ever too much for her and when I had questions she always answered them. I’m sure she would be just as efficient & professional if you are thinking of selling a house with her too. I most certainly would contact Natalie in the future and I would recommend her to friends. Thanks again Natalie for everything.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the haart Sth. Ock. team when buying a house! Specifically, Natalie Kiddell, who has made this whole process seamless and wonderfully timed! An absolutely fantastic estate agent who has been able to walk us through the process and explain everything along the way. Highly recommend speaking to Natalie if you are looking to buy in the SO area! Thank you so much!

I want to sing the praises of Natalie Kiddell, if you are looking to sell your home please contact Natalie, she always calls you back, always on top of everything, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, she kept us in the loop of everything, even better than our solicitor did, will actually miss not speaking to her. Well done Natalie.

In the space of 5 months and following over 50 viewings (which included 2 open house viewings), Natalie's persistence enabled the sale of our first home, to another couple of first time buyers, with little or any assistance from us. Haart's knowledge of the local area proved invaluable and our expectation was exceeded in a very strange market. Thank you very much!

We are very impressed with Haart South Ockendon, Natalie Kiddell gave a true valuation, so knows the location well and has a good knowledge of the facilities in the area. She sold our house in days and has kept us updated throughout the whole process. These are turbulent times for the housing market, but Natalie has done a first-class job!
