Natalie Kiddell is fantastic. She sold my property within a couple weeks no fuss no hassle, she was always polite and professional and always answered any questions or queries I had before the sale. The whole process from getting a buyer to my house getting sold and through to completion seemed fairly easy and stress free! Thanks ever so much Natalie and your colleague Harry Emery who always also kept me updated in your absence. Sandra from Hall Ave

Natalie has been an exceptional support throughout the entire process, from our initial discussions about bringing our property to market to managing a busy schedule of viewings with well-matched buyers. She remained proactive right through to exchange, consistently liaising with the right people and guiding us with honest, knowledgeable advice about both the process and the market. Thank you for helping to make what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Natalie was amazing for us. We had been on the market for about 6 months with another company & had 4 viewings in total. We swapped to Natalie & had 6 viewings arranged within the first week. We had an offer & sold out house within 2.5months. Excellent service. She was very clear communication wise & helped push everything through as quick as possible. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We could not ask for a better Estate agent than Natalie Kiddall, we had the best experience from the start to the end, taking good photos of our home, then selling it within the first week, and keeping us updated on a weekly basis, to even keeping in touch with our solicitor. To our amazement, we moved into our new home within 11 weeks of having our house up for sale. A big thank you Natalie for all your support and helping us move stress free and making it a pleasant experience for us, we are so happy to have and be in our new home. Thank you Ali and Rich.

Natalie Kiddell was my estate agent to sell my property. Natalie would be in touch once a week to give updates and would push everyone when things moved quite slowly. Natalie has a warm and friendly manner which is great to have going through the stress of moving. I felt Natalie was with me every step of the way especially when the sale began to slow down. If you are putting your property on the market, I would definitely recomend Natalie.

I sold my mum’s house in Aveley through Haart at south Ockendon I dealt with Natalie Kiddell who was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process from valuation of the property to sale. I think that the valuation she gave was realistic and fact based on the current market. Natalie conducted all of the viewings for me and passed feedback that was given on to me. As the process was nearing completion she kept me fully updated of progress. I would highly recommend Natalie at haart south Ockendon if you are think of buying /selling

I recently bought a property from Haart and would recommend them as the whole process for me was very smooth and quick. Though this was a new thing for me as I moved recently to this country but they really helped me at every stage. Thanks to Natalie who was the state agent on following up with solicitors. Thank you again for making things easier for me 🙏🙏

Natalie Kiddell Throughout our current moving process Natalie has been on hand to guide us. From her first visit (pictures on Rightmove the same afternoon) she has been available at all times to offer advice, often out of work hours. We have taken her led on our pricing strategy which ultimately gave us just over the price we were expecting. Her friendly and approachable manner has made our sale and in fact our purchase easier than expected.

Natalie Kiddell was key to selling this house, she was professional and very keen to get this house to sell, the other estate agents we approached didnt have the same drive and determination. The house was put up for sale and Natalie arranged all the viewings, the offers, the solicitors and dealt with any questions and chases. Natalie carried out a cracking job and i would highly recommend Natalie and the Haart team. Well done and thanks

Natalie kiddell is so helpful in helping me find my home. I would recommend her to all my friends and family ********************************************* I honestly did not know when I wrote this above . May my account be hacked. She's a terrible woman, she delayed the process that I almost lost the property. Apparently, she already had one of his cousins at Heart to buy the property, but the owner of the property really wants me in her house. This is from the right source. At the completion of the process, she was nowhere to be found. If I remember vividly, I must have reported to the heart housing agent. Please disregard the first post. My phone may have been hacked as it was the worst experience of my life
