The staff at Halliday Homes provided an excellent service from start to finish. The house in Auchterarder was sold at a good price even before it was placed on the market. My wife, the vendor, and I do not live in the UK and had to rely on Hallidays to find and manage contractors to handle matters such as house clearance, cleaning, installation of smoke detectors and repair of various plumbing issues. We highly recommend Hallidays.

From the moment I took that step and walked in to look for my new home in a different town, Kevin at the Auchterarder branch made me feel listened to, welcomed and understood. The process went incredibly smoothly from discovering my new home, to putting in an offer and having it accepted. We can’t thank Halliday Homes enough for helping us sell our property. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful and even had potential buyers before our house was on the market! This was our first time selling a home and they made sure to go through everything with us in great detail. On the actual day when our house move didn’t go through as planned, Halliday Homes handled the situation with nothing but professionalism and care. At very short notice, Zara went out of her way to find us alternative accommodation for the night and arranged it free of charge.
