My friend has been sent a Notice of Possession due to non paymrnt of rent, so they say. She has discovered that rent is not credited to her account for up to 5 weeks, is this normal? She received a statement, but on checking with her neighbour, found he has not had a statement for months! Orbit are surely not sticking to the rules yet again?

Still waiting for radiator to be fixed after 2 years book days off working and no one turns up, water coming from ceiling from burst pipe I had to fix myself as they looked at it and never came back, now soil pipe broken for 11 days waste from toilet all over garden still waiting they keep giving new job numbers and nothing happens cowboys

Absolute rip off i left the company in march and they are still sending me bills for almost 5000 pounds forthe year for gas and electricity. I live in a normalsize house and due to work iam hardly at home because of travel. Money grabbing company. Solicitors are now involved
