I’m living with dementia, look for help or support from office don’t get it, it’s sad really when office too busy to respond to you, orbit don’t care as lng as you pay rent mortgage etc.

I have mold, damp, broken kitchen fitted and no one is including area managers fixing nothing. So I’m done with chatting it’s all going way further now.

Question for you. If certain tenants dump rubbish in a communal area,why do you charge everyone to have it cleared? Is it true that those who have their rent paid, do not pay service charges? No, I will not ring your company, as I will get fobbed off as usual. This happens on a regular basis.
