Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from,and asked would they be interested in marketing our property,only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld,traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

Had a viewing booked in with Louise for 84 Corran Ard which she didn't show up to. waited 20 minutes outside the property, called the office and got no answer, emailed Louise still got no answer. Booked the day off to view a property with them but no show after confirming the time and day. No one even bothered to call back or email to apologize. My review actually relates to Sherry Fitzgerald's mortgage broker service.I was disappointed with the service but my situation was complicated by the fact that I was remortgaging and staff shortages in PTSB and in fairness to Sherry Fitzgerald when I complained they eventually dealt with it to my satisfaction.So I would simply say to potential customers that you keep a very close eye on the process as the banks are short staffed and the brokers can lose focus when it's such a drawn out process.

While the staff where very pleasant to deal with in general 2 things really sub standard.The first was that on visiting the house 2 days after they conducted a viewing i went to check the house and found the back door had not been locked and had been swinging open for since the view, surely one lesson of being an estate agent is lock up the house before you leave. in response i got a lame sorry.The second was that before the sale was complete the buyers want access for builders to take measurements, the sherry fitz agent then let them tear wall paper off the wall of one of the bedrooms. I asked for an explanation by phone, email and was studiously ignored.

Terrible company to deal with, I was looking to buy a house, we arranged for a viewing and they didn’t even show up or bother to let know they can’t come. So I was left waiting for an hour until agent finally answer her mobile phone, oh sorry didn’t you get my mail? No I didn’t. They also lie to you about the house, pushy, they don’t know anything about the house they are selling. They do know offcourse there are 3 bids on the house allready. Bad vibes tbh and will avoid them at all cost. Classic case of market leaders not caring about buyers, they deserve to go bust. I was dealing with greystones locations, avoid.

Bought new house where Sherry Fitz are the selling agent. They were on to me every week till the contracts were signed and after that, you will be lucky to get a reply. Never communicated about upgrade option, as a result, I now need to pay more if I want things changed because they didn't do their job. Typical "Big Company" with no sense of responsibility towards customers... There are better agents out there who will sell, let and manage your property 100 times better than Sherry Fitz so AVOID!!!

If you are renting, you are legally entitled to the FULL rental history of the property. it must include every past rental and not just the last one.. This should be given by the estate agent BEFORE you move in. Then contact the RTB to verify all information is correct. Your rent should not have risen all through 2017 or during Covid restrictions 2020. Any rent between December 24th to July 2021 could only rise by a maximum of 4% annually. The 4% rule for RPZ has now been replaced and they can not add 4% since July 2021. Check RTB.ieFor rent increases.Failure to supply the FULL rental history is a breach of tenants rights and RPZ rules.Get a solicitor or threshold to check over your lease agreement and check what your legal rights are as a tenant and what your landlord is legally required to provide. Always know your rights and use the law as it should be

GoogleHi, I hope you are keeping well. I was trying to call your office. Please call me when you can. The seller solicitor has not yet replied to my solicitor in regards to the pre contract enquiries. It as been a very long time and I will loose my mortgage if it takes any longer. And also on my last visit to the house. The house was very damp and the back yard is not at all trimmed since my very first viewing of the property a good few months ago. If the house is damp I am not going to spend extra money on unnecessary expenses and if the back yard is not cut on time I am not going to spend extra money on removing the undergrowth due to not trimming of the back yard. Please look into this as all three are of a very big concern and a big unnecessary liability for my family and for me. Please do keep me updated. Thank you. Unfortunately I am living a nightmare due to Sheery Fitzgerald. Im renting an apartamento for 2600 eur/month for almost 6 months and still didnt receive any one for Maintance and inspection. I currently dont have hot water neither heating system, for 2 days. They dont give any support, and the answer is "we need to wait", no other option presented. They "makeup" the apartment for the view before renting, when you move in, you start finding that the apartment is totally in bad conditions. Repeating, it is a 2600 eur/month apartament, now a old one. If you looking for a rent, do not rent with Sherry Fitzgerald, after signed the contract you are totally alone!

We used SherryFitzgerald to manage our rental property in D8 for 2 years. During the period, they inspected the property 4 times and told us it was all ok to be re-let. However on my own inspection I found serious water damage in 3 area that were totally ignored and cost 1000’s to put right. After a complaint was raised and followed up, nothing was admitted so we fired them! They are incompetent and just want to churn properties. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
