GoogleWe collected our keys yesterday to our new home, our first home. This is supposed to be an incredibly stressful time, or so people tell us. Perhaps we have been lucky, but I don’t think so, I think we’ve just been dealing with some fantastic people, whose support just removes all stress. Adrian Harley from Sherry Fitzgerald McDermott has been fantastic. He is a great communicator, being always very responsive, often calling back within minutes of an email. From viewing a home with Adrian back in mid October to now receiving keys in early March, the whole process has been very smooth.

GoogleAdrian was super accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I was outbid on House#1 but Adrian called me personally to explain and genuinely empathise. We received the keys to House#2 a few weeks ago and he has still been helping us in organising the signover of utilities and such via the seller! In the entire house search process we met many estate agents/auctioneers and Adrian could not have been nicer, so I'm delighted he was the one we got :)

Sometimes made phone calls on my behalf to significant others or directed me on who to call in the bid expedite the process. OH, my God! they are careless and 100% unprofessional. We traveled to Ireland to see their propriety. The call center girl was dry manners like she was doing a huge favor to call you and let you visit the room. The man to show the house came late, forgot the keys, and didn't have a clue about the house. The property was dirty, smelling, and damaged. The next day when we asked questions about the house's functioning they got angry and someone informed us that the house had been rented. I wonder if there is a worse service than that. My experience was below the expectations. I hope that the Irish real state market can not be based on that, no respect to the prospect.
