Very easy to give a 5 Star rating, From walking into office enquiring what was required in placing house for sale, I immediately felt at ease by the friendly and professional atmosphere. Could not recommend all at Sherry Fitz o Meara any more highly, from the 1st day we dealt with Helena she was fantastic, very helpful, always available to talk and help with any queries we had. They have such a great name in athlone and around Ireland that they can reach so many potential buyers. This is second time dealing with O Meara's, first in buying our property which was hassle free and professional with Lavinia and secondly selling the same property which again we could not fault with Helena who was only a phone call away when ever she was needed. I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Very bad dealing , disrespectful behaviour over phone with customers.no answering any emails or calls, I contact them regarding purchasing house listed first time ,To surprise they say you ring before as well but I never ring them they didn’t disclose offer price and ask for mortgage approval first . I send them mortgage approval but no reply after that very disappointing behaviour by the customer service advisor , I strongly recommend not to deal with this company at all
