Howkins & Harrison have recently taken over from Ashby Lettings. Nick from the Ashby office came round today for the inspection. He explained the transition to us very clearly and ensured he’ll get the issues with the property sorted. Very pleasant and helpful and can’t ask for more!

GoogleOver the phone my wife had been informed of information regarding the move not the case .On turning up at the rental property old furniture left outside .meter readings arrived 2 days after we moved in. Not the service I was expecting still as we are only renting what else should we except
Mr Roper Our apologies that you felt service levels deserved a poor review. As you are aware from your initial viewing, we had not previously let this property so unfortunately did not have control over the check out. We have been in communication about the two small pieces of furniture due to be collected the day after you moved in and believe that happened as you have not taken us up on our offer to dispose of them ourselves. Please let us know if they were not collected as agreed and we will organise disposal immediately. As is our policy, the tenant pack including meter readings was sent via an online document signing service the day ahead of the key collection and this was signed by yourselves online. Perhaps you didn’t realise the meter readings were included as there is lots of documentation to manage whilst moving into a rental. Again, apologies that you feel we did not provide the service you were expecting. This is most disappointing as we pride ourselves on doing the very best for our tenants and landlords.
