We have recently sold our bungalow with Howkins and Harrison, and have been very impressed with the professional service and support that we have received. We have had several problems to overcome during this sale and they have always been keen to help and solve any problems. Jamie Campbell and David Clarke have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend dealing with them.

We had to contact the Atherstone branch to arrange the retrieval of our passports from one of their rental properties that is unoccupied as they were put through the wrong letterbox by the courier.Nikki very kindly arranged to meet us there to retrieve them, he made a special journey which is very much appreciated as we are about 45 mins from the branch.

GoogleI have dealt with H&H at Atherstone on many occasions. I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am virtually deaf and H&H will always correspond with me by email, most companies wont take the time, they are always quick to respond too.

We have recently left a rented property with the rugby branch The fact that it is now 18 days after we've moved out and still have not gotten back our security deposit is ridiculous We've tried calling up and all they keep telling us is they'd look into it and get back to us but we'd never get a follow up ! Very unprofessional would not recommend renting from them especially after we left the property cleaner than when we arrived
Sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service. There are often processes that have to be followed that can take some time- especially when a deposit return is needed in a different way to which it was received- as I understand is the situation here. I have spoken with the team and they did all that they could to assist you and keep you up to date with the situation so I am very sorry that you feel that our service deserved a 1* review. TrustpilotI started renting a property 4 years…
I started renting a property 4 years ago with Howkins and Harrison, since being in the property we have completely re done the garden re decorated everywhere and re carpeted, recently we have had to move out the property due to a change in circumstance, we deep cleaned the house and carpets due to us being allowed to keep dogs. New tenants have been in the property for a week and complained about dog hair to which images have been sent with minimal dog hairs showing I am now being told out of an £800 deposit I was originally getting back only £195 and there will be more reductions due to the new tenants wanting the carpets re done! Absolutely appalled at this treatment we have improved the property and left it in a fit and clean condition and now being told a week after someone else had had the keys and moved in that I am still going to be charged for there mess! NOT HAPPY!!
