Fantastic estate agents. Our house sold within 3 weeks of being on the market thanks to Paul’s hard work, no viewing or queries was too much trouble. After the sale, Liv was also just as helpful, answering questions and chasing any issues instantaneously, maintaining contact at all times. As a team they worked exceptionally hard to achieve a quick sale. We are very grateful for all their hard work and happy that we chose this company to sell with, would certainly use again in the future and highly recommend!

Highly recommend George Edwards estate agents. Paul and Liv offered not only exceptional service from the first time they set foot in our property to completion day, but they were kind, empathetic and supportive, rather then feeling like we were being treated as a sales target on a board. No question too big or small, proactive in chasing solicitors and great communication all the way through. We had some negative experiences with other agents but Paul and his team gave us everything we needed and more. No one will be disappointed using George Edwards Estate Agents!

Excellent 5 star service from the George Edwards team!! Paul was incredibly understanding of our situation as overseas sellers and kept us updated throughout the entire process, even outside UK working hours. The team guided us every step of the way, organised property photography whilst the property was tenanted, as well as forwarding us scanned copies of the post and bills after the tenant moved out, and organising garden maintenance. Highly professional, supportive, and genuinely easy to work with. Strongly recommended!

What can we say about George Edwards estate agents without it sounding like they paid us to say it....they were excellent! (They didn't pay us by the way) From the initial viewing to completion, both Paul and Liv were everything you could ask for, from quick responses to excellent advice. Liv was just amazing, keeping us informed of progress and answering any questions we had, a real credit to her and the office. I have no issues in saying they were better than the estate agents we had paid to sell our house! I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone looking for an estate agent. George Edwards aren’t just Estate agents. They’re like old friends, always there to help and advise. They make you feel important and genuinely care for your wellbeing. They helped us enormously on the day of our completion and Maria, in particular went above and beyond and Liv was so sweet checking in for no other reason than to see how we were as myself and my partner had both been ill. Aside from the personal and genuine caring nature of all their staff their professional service is amazing. Great pics of our property and offered great advice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently used George Edwards to both sell our home and purchase our new one, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the team were professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was the personal service we received throughout the entire process. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They handled all of our viewings and were extremely flexible with timings, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They regularly chased updates from solicitors on our behalf and kept us fully informed with weekly progress updates, which gave us real peace of mind. Paul should be incredibly proud of the business he has built. The whole team worked tirelessly to support us and made moving house far less stressful than we ever imagined it could be, especially with having a young baby. I had problems with selling my home with a different agency, Paul and his team went above and beyond to help me purchase my next one through his agency by helping me with my agency too. Didnt know they would do that, wish he had been my agent for the sale! If i move again he will be my absolutely be my agent! They were also incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new home, vendor paperwork was missing and they had helpful and timely suggestions and phone numbers to put things right. Their team is both knowledgeable and helpful. I will come back to them if i move again.

I am renting a george edwards property they gave me the keys then explained the heating was broken something I would have liked to have know before I have been at the property for a month and the heating has still not been fixed and I have been told that things in the property aren't broken when they clearly are I have emailed them about multiple problems with the property and they have done nothing don't rent from these people. Edited reply: I just checked and I did email maintenence and I have had no missed calls from the person sent to fix the heating but hopefully everything will be fixed annoying it took me writing the review for a call from George edwards to put me in touch with the heater fixer. if the heater person had been trying to get hold of me for that long I would have expected a call sooner but hopefully everything will be sorted soon

Paul and his team are fantastic. (In particular we dealt with Paul and Maria and they were both absolutely brilliant.) They helped us every step of the way with selling our property and they were always there for us when we needed them. They are incredibly professional, they know the local market, and they really do go above and beyond, answering calls and responding to messages 24/7. Our sale fell through at one point (no fault of theirs) and thanks to their diligence, they had our advert back up within hours and found us a new buyer within weeks, meaning we were able to keep our onward purchase.
