Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

GoogleWe’d like to express how much we appreciated Zarq for arranging a smooth & efficient move in for myself and girlfriend. He managed to successfully seal a deal and complete checks within 6 days. He was always only a phone call away alongside his very impressive team at the Askew Road branch. It was our first time renting like this so we did have a lot of questions but Zarq still did all he could do for us answering our calls and queries. GoogleFrom start to finish the letting process with the Askew Road Lettings team was seamless. Priyesh head of department was proactive is chasing in the instruction, the valuation was spot on with good local knowledge of the Acton Lettings market. Upon instruction his team got people through the door with 24 hours and I had a proceedable offer within 48 hours. Ayah, senior Lettings Neg, managed the deal with ease from the point of putting forward the offer through to the pre tenacy check on the move in day. Would highly recommend recommend this team!!!

GoogleWhenever finding a new rental property comes around, for most it looks like a relentless scrolling session through RightMove and Zoopla to find the perfect match. Upon contacting the estate agent, I feel it is in most cases that the viewer knows the exact property they want to see. Unlike most letting agents, which will take your meeting, only to tell you that the place you were interested in is gone and instead you're getting a tour of half a dozen places that you're completely uninterested in, my journey with Ayah was one single stop. Just how I wanted! Ayah didn't rush me through the viewing, gave me as long as I wanted, and answered all 35,213 of my questions. There was no rush onto the next property that I didn't ask to see, and endless patience as I shared photos and videos with friends and family to help with my decision making. Ayah is a friendly, chirpy, well-versed agent, improving my interest in the property further (apart from the fact that it was already a stunning property). In this day in age, no nonsense is what you want from an estate agent, and no nonsense is what I got. Help where I asked for it, but patience and time where I needed it. I went on to sign the single property I viewed with them and I look forward to my move in date and having Marsh & Parsons as my estate agent for the foreseeable.

GoogleI have to do this review. This particular Marsh & Parsons has an amazing, hard-working, letting agent. Her name is Aya safa her character is very upbeat. She knows exactly what clients are looking for and will try her best to meet their criteria. Even do the rental property market is very competitive, she did make a lot of effort to find a place with our budget and negotiation skills. Unfortunately dexters found us place. But I definitely highly recommend Aya safa, the letting agent, and this Marsh&Parsons branch if you are looking area of W6 and W12
