GoogleJust had a great experience of Ryder & Dutton selling my house, thanks mainly to Alex and Evie. Alex set me at ease from the moment he came to value my property. He was friendly, seemed completely sincere, and gave the impression that he genuinely wanted to achieve the best he could for me as well as the company. The pictures he took of my house really showed it at it’s best! Once the house was on the market, my main dealings were with Evie, who handled all negotiations with my buyer, was great at keeping all parties updated and was a friendly, reassuring presence throughout. If you’re thinking of selling, I’d recommend using Ryder & Dutton. They made the process as easy as it could be, and I’m very grateful to them.

GoogleWe were a tenant renting a property through Ryder & Dutton for six years. We primarily dealt with Linda and Vicky for all queries, inspections and maintenance issues. They were always very friendly and responded to queries quickly, especially whilst we were leaving the property which greatly reduced the stress of moving.

GoogleTwice I have tried to phone for Information reference selling my house. Twice been promised a call back but didn’t happen. They are not transparent about their charges, hence my attempts at contacting them. Then I phoned Saturday but we’re closed even though their website states they are open on Saturdays, so they cannot be bothered updating their opening hours during this pandemic! Another local estate agents I contacted at the first attempt quoted me £1500 + vat on completion only. I would not trust a company who is very defensive about advertising their charges, lack of response.

We have checked through all the messages received over the last few weeks but have been unable to trace any of your calls. As our fees can differ depending on the value of the house, we are unable to advertise these as it may be misleading to our clients, however all fees are fully discussed on the free market appraisal so you can make an informed decision. In regards to the hours advertised on our website, these are stated as telephone opening times only due to the current pandemic and therefore are correct. GoogleLynn was a great help when I was in the mortgage process, she constantly kept me up to date with progress and chased solicitors to keep it moving, when I had action points she would email or call to talk me through what was needed, it was great to know there was a friendly person guiding me through the process.
