Communication is inconsistent and inaccurate. Before moving into my house I was assured the fireplace worked and once I'd moved in I was told it was 'purely aesthetic', though nobody could ever explain why, as it was clearly a real fireplace and had soot from previous use. When I reported various issues, such as a broken blind and damp on the walls, I had to send messages over and over again and mostly I didn't even get responses but when I did, nothing was done. When my shower broke it took two weeks to send someone to do a five minute job fixing a burnt wire. I've been in the house eleven months and still don't have a working blind on the window despite reporting it repeatedly. The person I was told to contact actually left their job at one point and nobody took over their caseload and no out of office was on their inbox so I simply got no replies to my emails for months. It's exhausting and stressful trying to communicate with anyone.

I’m a first time buyer in a very tricky market at the moment and after what was a very long road to getting the house completed, myself and my partner honestly can’t thank all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for all their help. They went above and beyond on helping contact people, keeping us informed, chasing questions and trying to get us all answer we needed. They made a long journey a little bit easier for us and I would definitely recommend. GoogleI would firstly like to say a huge thank you to the Ryder and Dutton mortgage advisors Ashley and Conor who have both been a great help right from the beginning of our first time of buying a house, Ashley sorted all the mortgage application and everything was done very quickly and then was passed onto Conor who has been a great help and was always around whenever we needed advise/help with anything and has been fantastic in chasing the solicitors and was emailing them every week for updates and also kept us up to date with everything that was going on all the way until completion. Thank you soo much Ashley and Conor!! I would 100% recommend Ryder and Dutton mortgage advice bureau and would definitely be using them again. 😊
