GoogleLynn was a great help when I was in the mortgage process, she constantly kept me up to date with progress and chased solicitors to keep it moving, when I had action points she would email or call to talk me through what was needed, it was great to know there was a friendly person guiding me through the process.

I am happy and grateful that Gemma helped me out with finding a house when I was struggling to find one.I’m unhappy and disappointed with the fact that the property has been handed over to me without cleaning. I have informed it immediately after moving in but no response which is worrying.

This is a property in which we just find a tenant for, and then the Landlord manages everything else, have you reported this directly to the Landlord?
