Leanne and Charlotte in the Colne Valley office made my life so easy with selling my property. I really did feel that they've got the customer service spot on. I was let down with three time waster offers through another local agent (Henry James) but Leanne was dilligent enough to make sure I had a genuine, and feasible offer before she began negotiations. GoogleSent a request online to book a valuation and tried to call to book one several times. Safe to say if they are this hard to get hold of or get a response of when you are trying to bring them business, it fills me for no hope how they would be when trusted to sell our house. will be going elsewhere

The team were able to arrange quotes for these repairs which made such a difference to me with living so far away. It's good to know the team are there to help with the practical side of managing a rented house.
