Lynn Hughes has been fantastic, she has kept us in the loop and always has a quick response to any questions that we have. She has ensured that we have been fully organised in getting our mortgage offer sorted. Our mortgage advisor Ashley Eastwood has also been fantastic, without him we wouldn't be where we are. We don't take holding deposits from multiple applicants for the same property. We take one holding deposit from the applicant that the Landlord would like us to proceed with. If that applicant passes the referencing process the holding deposit will then form part of the first months rent. I hope that helps to clarify how holding deposits work.
