As first time buyers we were new to EVERYTHING. Catherine was amazing for us throughout the whole process, I must of harassed her more than the usual buyers and she never once came across anything less than professional. Even after collecting the keys and the sale was complete she still was in hand to help me with some problems. Cannot thank her enough for helping us!

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very efficient, approachable and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Ada Grundy, very skilfully guided me through the experience and was always on the end of the phone should I have any queries. I have already recommended Ryder & Dutton to a friend and will continue to recommend them.

GoogleI worked with Conor, Lynn & Natalia as a first time buyer to secure a mortgage offer, and the process has been very smooth! Communication was frequent and honest about the step of the process my application was currently in, and if there were any hold ups/extra documentation required I was contacted by Lynn right away and Our correspondence was always friendly and professional. Natalia was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me as a FTB, and secured me a better deal than I originally had from another provider. Towards the end, Conor helped with the insurance stuff and answered any questions I had Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you're new to process. I was keen to do it myself, but the process really is so much easier with an experienced team like Conor, Lynn and Natalia. I originally used purple bricks but switched my sale over to Ryder and Dutton, what a difference a local estate agents makes. They put in a lot more work and effort. Our conveyancer Amy was brilliant, she contacted me regularly and kept me up to date every step of the way. I would 100% use again and recommend.

We experienced exceptional service provided by Leon James and Sue at Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall.We have been extremely impressed with Leon's dedication and professionalism throughout our interactions. He has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our visits to to the property which was empty ensuring we could show tradespeople the property for the necessary works. Last week, Leon met us at the property as we had tradespeople coming to provide quotes. Unfortunately, one of them was delayed and arrived late, but Leon was very understanding and stayed beyond his finishing time to accommodate us. His willingness to help and his courteous demeanour were greatly appreciated.Moreover, Leon has kept us well-informed on the progress of the sale, providing timely updates that have been invaluable to us.Additionally, I would like to commend Sue, who has shown us around the property. I was purchasing my first house from Ryder & Dutton. Initially I found that I would get a few phone calls which would have been best directed to my solicitor and not myself. Once I moved from this initial person (Amber) to the lady who dealt with me more throughout (Geraldine) this improved a lot more. Geraldine kept me informed throughout and made the process much more straight forward and was a good person to ask questions to in what is a relatively stressful process

I recently had to have my rental property refurbished after a very long tenancy. All of the staff at Ryder & Dutton were really helpful throughout the refurbishment and reletting process. Samantha and Kirsten always went the extra mile and replied quickly and cheerfully to any questions I had. They made the whole experience pleasant and stress free.

We didn't sell with Ryder & Dutton but we bought a property they were selling. We had a few issues along the way with our sale and one of the move managers, Geraldine Marsden, was so helpful and informative in terms of the progress and updates. Despite not selling with them, she continuously provided updates, chased things for us and then as always pleasant and contactable when required. Thanks Geraldine, you made a stressful process that bit easier!
