Hull Sutton BranchWe have already made a full complaint and received nothing but excuses in return. Poor service, experience, attitude from staff and knowledge of their own company. Just wanted to make other people aware not to use them in the future for house buying or selling. Very disappointing in a time of sadness for the world; we should be able to support each other.

I’ve used Reeds Rains a couple of times to sell my home. I’ve always found the staff very professional, friendly and helpful.Nothing is ever too much trouble for them which is a big bonus when buying / selling a house! They take the stress out of everything!! I wouldn’t use anywhere else !

I have tried to purchase a property through this agent over the last 9 months sold my property twice and still not managed to buy the property lost my house sale because the buyers got fed up of waiting so finally pulled out just had enough.

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. We demanded a lot and asked a lot of questions which he answered in good time! We had some problems with timings of our move in date but Sam was always helping us and was honest in what information he gave us. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleOne of the worst letting agencies I have seen, I rented a house through them which is not in great shape, they say it's fully managed, etc but doesn't want to do anything, I was thinking of buying a house through them but not walking through that door again. They just want to take high rents from you & rest is none of their's concerns. There are better agents out there who are more customer-oriented than themselves. And if you are rented do check all the details with them as they seem to suddenly change things for their own benefit.

Fully trust the team, Fantastic management, a very accommodating and supportive team. They make the whole process very easy and smooth. The best aspect of using RR is its transparency in communication. 5 star service from every member, Carol, Tracey, Andy and the rest of team. Always available to patiently answer your questions and support you. I have used this agency for a purchase and a sell process, highly recommended.

We have had experience using other estate agents / letting agents. The main points are that:- Andrew takes time to talk and explain things and genuinely manages!! Amy and Carol and the rest of the team have been there for many many years and are very good at what they do.

I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. It was/is stressful and it took a long time to sell just over 20 weeks but it appears lots of properties took a very long time due to the way the market was/is. Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.
