One star given and if there was no stars I would have given that. I put in an offer for a house on Saturday which was accepted (letter from them confirming acceptance) and on Monday another offer was put in by someone else and then I got a email telling me someone else had put an offer in last minute. Totally shameful and un professional.

Used for house sale. Completed Jan 2016. A friendly estate agent who was competitively priced. The floor plan detail is impressive although you need to check your listings for spelling and grammatical errors prior to agreeing to them. Positives:- Friendly local company. Clean and prominent window location in town centre. Good value. Short minimum term on agreement. Negatives:- Spend too much time getting new business rather than looking after existing. This often leads to no one in the office to deal with a question. Phone messages not returned. During critical part of last two weeks negotiations agreeing completion dates no real assistance to act as a mediator/facilitator between buyer/seller. Considering fee only received on completion this did seem odd as you would expect keen to assist. No post sale follow up.
