We were looked after brilliantly by Calum, Reece, and Kerry throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and dedication made a real difference, even going so far as to arrange for documents to be signed in Scotland to ensure our exchange date was met. What stood out most was their communication. While others were unsure of progress, it was Horizon who kept us informed and reassured. Can't recommend these guys enough! From the first meeting I felt confident they were the best agent for us. I’d like you to thank Willow for her support over the last few months for a purchase that was far from smooth. Willow certainly went the extra mile and kept us informed at all times, providing guidance and advice where appropriate. An absolute star! However……. We were wrongly informed on the second viewing (not by Willow) that the loft was boarded and was fitted with a ladder and light. Transpires this is totally incorrect! Thank you for the response regarding my frustrations……that doesn’t help in the slightest. I’ll be contacting the senior team shortly with reference to this and a number of other issues.
