GoogleJo was an amazing help buying my first home. There was lots I was unsure about and Jo helped me every step of the way. I never had to contact her for an update she always emailed me first at every stage. She really did make it a smooth process and much less stressful than It could have been. GoogleA very poor experience and my seller ended up going with someone else who offered her more money despite me paying nearly £1000 for a survey and not once backing out. I am giving 1 star to Calum because he was polite and friendly but I can honestly say I got a better service from the charity shop next door.
