GoogleVery unprofessional went to view a property yesterday called the office to put an offer and deposit down was told that the lettings team where out of office so emailed to tell them that I would take the asking price and to put an deposit down then yet again today spoke to them they said they would put it over to landlord and get back to me then I just get a phone call to say that some1 that viewed it today has already got it seems a bit dodgy would never rent with themNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleReally unhelpful staff . The agency is a con . Took a security deposit and then made up a story so that we didn’t pass their referencing process. Also they seem to be demanding more admin fees on top of the security deposit if you fail the referencing but it is no where mentioned in their contract…. I would not recommend them to anyone! If I had the option of a 0 star , I would choose that!

GoogleI’ve been using Lockwoods for over six years now as A landlord, They are the most dedicated team and nothing is too much for them ,I’ve never have a problem with payments And if my tenants ever have a problem they get directly onto the team , the team get onto me & then get onto & organise a contractor And this is all sorted out within a few hours ,My last tenants have now left but Lockwoods still organise more contractors to get my property up and running for the next the next renting process again , , Brilliant service 100% would recommend

GoogleI was interested in a house to rent so i gave them a call but the letting agent wasn't about, the lady told me to leave my name and number and letting agent would call me back. I decided to send an email to request a viewing aswell. After a week of waiting i called back and it was thesame situation, letting agent wasn't about and left my name and telephone number again. Its been 3 weeks now and i still haven't heard from the agency. Very bad customer service in my opinion 🤨

GoogleUnreliable. Came from 80 miles away to see a flat, asked additional things that was unable to respond at first. I accepted to receive the details on the email, and in 1 hour I was announced that the flat is unavailable. Wasted time, money and a free day from work. Half of star

GoogleBest ever letting agency we have dealt with, honest and so reliable as most of the agents we met seemed like they were just trying to dig in our pockets, we spent 4 years in that property and we were very well looked after, any problems regarding the property never took more than a working day to be resolved and they never bothered us but just let us live as long the property is well looked after and the rent paid :-) Excellent

Googleim so disappointed by this estate agents, we went to view a property, we liked it, we was very interested and made that clear. we tried to contact the estate agents (racheal) the next day on so many occasions and kept getting told she was not about, then we found out the day after the property had been let we rang back the estate agencies the day we found out it had been let, the lady said as she didn't hear from you we let it. once we stated that we had tried calling that day and no one got back to us she couldn't really say much, unhelpful and was late for viewing . I WILL NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS AGAIN AND I ADVICE OTHERS TO BE CAREFUL AND NOT TO GET HOPES UP....

GoogleWe have dealt with a couple of letting agent over the past 6 weeks and I can honestly say we have had a great experience with lockwood lettings. we have been dealing with jolene and she has been total amazing from when we first meet her she has been nothing but professional and took all our needs in to consideration I would highly recommend her to help you find your dream home

GoogleDont bother doing work for these.. i have had to badger them for payment for the very 1st job we did. As of 8th Sept 2020, i still have not been paid for a job carried out in July, depite them promising to pay promptly .. they have now paid 17th sept... job completed on our 1st visit on the 28th july..NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
