TrustpilotI don’t think trading process is fair
I don’t think trading process is fair. The sales assistant get to decide who can reserve including themselves friends or who they want. If you have the money it should be a first to reserve process on release. In my experience you don’t have a robust or fair process for reserving properties.
We're sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. We treat all our customers fairly and in accordance with the consumer code.
