We viewed one of their properties in February, put in an offer straight away and was only held back by our solicitors. Although we had set backs because of them, both of them guided us and Lewis was always available for advice when my partner needed it. Both of their expertise and friendly, approachable attitude combined makes for a great team and we are so thankful to the both of you for what you have done for us. GoogleCatherine and Lewis did an absolutely fantastic job. Our house had been on the market for over 4 months with another agent and we only received a handful of viewings.
I got Ewemove to take over and they were very proactive and genuinely invested in the sale from the start. The photos and content were very professional, they were available to communicate via WhatsApp or phone call whenever I needed anything. Very flexible, always happy to help with every stage of the process.
We had a viewing the day after the property was launched to market, and proceeded to a sale from this viewing. On speaking to the buyers they said they had seen the previous listing and thought the photos made the house looks small and dark. But the photos provided my Ewemove made it seem a completely different house so they booked a viewing immediately.

They came to value the property with much research and knowledge of the area and with comparisons of properties in the area too. The valuation was spot on and they sold it for the asking price.
