I chose to meet with EweMove when my house was failing to sell with another local estate agent and I couldn’t have been more happy that I did. I instantly knew that Catherine and Lewis were the right fit for me and had every confidence that they would sell my house, in fact my house never made it to market and sold before being advertised! Catherine and Lewis could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process and were on the end of the phone whenever I needed (even when they were on holiday!). Nothing was too big of an ask and they did everything to move the sale along when facing certain challenges. Slightly delayed in this review, as moving house is very busy. But I can’t not leave a review when the service was outstanding. This is the second home we’ve sold with them, looking back, the first house we sold must have been one of their first when they started? Never the less, the service was still amazing. We can’t thank EweMove (Lewis and Catherine) enough for their help selling our home. Not only did they secure an offer above our asking price, but they were also always on hand to answer questions (evenings and weekends) and provide reassurance throughout the process. Lewis and Catherine were excellent throughout. Unfortunately, we lost our first property when the sellers decided not to proceed just a week before completion. However, within a week, another opportunity came up and we moved quickly something we’re very glad we did, as we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We got into a bidding war to secure it but we loved it. I can be quite demanding when it comes to communication and detail, but Lewis and Catherine were always responsive and available, even outside typical hours on WhatsApp, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. We had Lewis and Catherine visit today for an initial valuation. They were both very approachable and friendly both before, and during the appointment. I had extensive questions and they were able to answer them all. It was clear from their presentation of comparison properties that they had clearly done their homework, but also they acknowledged there is a couple of things that make our home fairly unique, and therefore they factored these into our valuation. They gave us plenty of time to discuss our questions and we didn't feel rushed. Catherine also followed up very swiftly afterwards with some further information by email. Very impressed with the professionalism of Lee from Ewe Move & the Ewe Move package. This was the 5th home I have sold over the years so I wasn’t a novice. However the extra support & information that Ewe Move offer ( even prior to contract ) certainly makes the process easier. The opportunity of a 24/7 contact is amazing as selling a home is stressful & I’ve not found this with other agents. After having a viewing today, we can hands down say that Lee was by far the best agent we have interacted / worked with. His obvious extensive knowledge of the property, ability to answer questions, demeanour towards us and the sellers of the property, as well as his flexibility in the viewing and finding out additional information was incredible. Within hours of viewing the property all our additional questions, which he said he'd need to check had been answered, as well as calling to talk later into the evening. Lee understood the need to be flexible and work with his clients, as well as there needs and works to support this in an effective way. Thank you for your help, and we would recommend him and his agency to anyone needing someone to work through selling/ buying a property. Quick additional positive notes: 1. Pictures are accurate, and not misleading in terms of size of rooms. 2. Virtual tours are informative and actually help with the property and looking round online. 3. Accurately says if viewing is advised and is justified when doing so. 4. Appointments are flexible length and work with the buyer. He wants to be there, to help both parties. Not just another viewing. 5. Significant due diligence is done prior to viewings on the properties under him, he knows them, the sellers / buyers and the information of the property. And 100% gets you answers if he doesn't know on the spot. Thank you again !

Lewis & Catherine are nothing short of excellent, they viewed my father's house with professionalism and respect even though it had definitely seen better days. They gave me options and explained them fully and helped guide me to the best possible outcome. No pushy sales or feeling like I was being forced into something I didn't want to do. All through the process, there was clear communication from them both. Even now with the house being finalised through an auction group they are letting me know what's happening and if there's anything I need to do. Unlike most estate agents they are always available when you need them and if they miss your call they get back to you as soon as possible (even when they went on holiday they were still checking in on the progress and keeping me up to date) If you want to know why a small family run business is better than the large companies consult ewe move. The extra mile they go in selling your property, like a small video of the property after a potential buyer has viewed it, is such a lovely touch. Catherine and Lewis take the time to be as flexible as possible and always available to contact, preventing the loss of any potential buyer which again shows how invested they are to the sale of your property. After our property was launched to the market, we sold in just 17days over asking price!! Unfortunately, due to the property we was purchasing, the process took a lot longer than everyone expected and we hit many hurdles, but although the property we was purchasing was with another agent, Catherine and Lewis continued to do their best at keeping the journey as stress free as possible and our spirits high! They were always at the end of the phone if we ever needed them and always communicated exceptionally well between all parties involved. I honestly do not think I could of got through the whole process without them and cannot thank them enough!! As far as estate agents go, these guys have certainly blown other's out the water!! Lewis and Catherine are extremely professional and have exceptional customer service skills. They are highly knowledgeable in their field and very accommodating. The option to be able to communicate with them via whatsapp outside of office hours was a real bonus. They explain things clearly and genuinely want to achieve the best possible result for you. Their photographs and write up were great and everything was done efficiently and with a clear explanation of timescales etc. In our case we ended up receiving an offer from a previous viewer via our previous agent before we could sell through them (through no fault of theirs, just timing) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are trying to sell your house. For starters Catherine and Lewis have been amazing estate agents and they weren’t even mine! They were the estate agents we were buying off! They were the most communicative estate agents I’ve ever worked with, they have WhatsApp to talk through which makes everything easier rather than constantly on emails. Their personal touches made us feel like we were friends rather than customers, they’ve raised the bar in estate agency standards. In my opinion they went above and beyond and were even chasing my buyers solicitors for us when no one could get in touch with them. Not that the plan is to ever move.
