Founded by Ben, a Wokingham resident with over 20 years in the property industry, our promise is to make moving home a fantastic experience. Barnaby and the Hat and Home team in Crowthorne were a pleasure to deal with for the sale of my house. Hat and Home were professional, very responsive and able to find the right buyer for my property. The whole team were friendly and ensured a smooth process went ahead and we sold and completed really very quickly. I particularly liked the use of WhatsApp groups to allow convenient and efficient communication.

Hat and Home were the best Estate Agents we have dealt with in our quest to find a house. We dealt with Libby on both our viewings and email correspondence as well as Jack. Both of them are extremely communicative and clear with information and acted prudently when called upon. Libby was extremely helpful when it came to getting a 1st viewing on the property we purchased and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell as well as buy as they really to everything they can to provide top quality service. Post purchase they are keeping us up to date on latest progress. They also recommend good brokers and surveyors to use as well.

The ad was for a Freehold property with garage. Did not mention the other freehold for the house above the garage. They issued a memo of sale, no mention of a lease or that the freehold above is not held by the garage freeholder. Legal liabilities are not clear, we may back out of sale.

FacebookFantastic Estate Agent - Dan is a star We sold our property through Hat & Home completing in October 2023. From start to finish the service provided by Dan was excellent. They always stayed in touch and followed up on any viewing which were made now property and also on viewings which we made on other properties. I would highly recommend Hat and Home. From making an enquiry a few years ago, Dan always stayed in touch to see if I was in looking to sell /buy. When the time came to sell, I had no hesitation in who to turn to. We viewed a home with her in January and she was very knowledgeable about the area. She has been so kind and helpful in answering a lot of my questions and giving me her time. Stay away from these agents if possible, if not, buyers beware! Especially if it is your first time buying a property - it is up to you to do your due diligence on every single aspect. The estate agents are working for 1) the sellers and 2) their profits/metrics. These two aspects drove a horrific experience for me. I was initially looking forward to working with Lisa at the Hat & Home branch in Bracknell because I read such great reviews. This was not the case - her behaviour throughout the purchase was appalling at best. She constantly argued with me, gaslighted me, and provided incorrect information on the sale progression.

GoogleRight from the beginning, casually walking in in their Ascot branch, until the completion of a rental agreement, the whole process was simply par excellence. And that is for phenomenal services provided by Emily, Freya and Annie. They were on top of their game at all times, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and led us through everything with such and ease and reassurance and great customer skills and care. FacebookThank you so much to Ben and team at Hat & Home for selling my late mothers flat. We had just about given up hope after trying two local established agents with very few viewings when we thought we would have one final attempt and try Hat & Home. What a complete breath of fresh air the team were! All other agents could do was complain about market or suggest we drop price. Ben suggested leaving price, use digital tools to stage house and would push to a new market. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings and two offers! Not only did Hat & Home perform the viewings but kept in regular weekly update on viewings which is something other agents failed to do. At no point did we feel we were just another person on their books but the team were working hard behind scenes to sell this for us. Well done Hat & Home, would definitely recommend to anyone. Hat and Home Sandhurst have been absolutely amazing. They are always on hand, even long after hours. Marney, Jan and Lisa have been fantastic through a very stressful sale. From the first time they came to value to exchanging they have delivered 100% the whole way through, nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice to use them again. I think Lisa deserves a medal for her persistence and dealing with a really bad solicitor, (Constantine and Summers)
